Day-by-Day Route Breakdown

Days 1 & 2: Baden-Baden Hydro Heritage

Arrive in Baden-Baden. Day 1 is dedicated to the 17-stage Roman-Irish ritual at Friedrichsbad. Day 2 begins with an early morning stroll along Lichtentaler Allee and an afternoon immersion in the open-air thermal pools of Caracalla Therme.

Days 3 & 4: High-Ridge Shinrin-Yoku in Baiersbronn

Travel along the scenic Schwarzwaldhochstraße (B500) to the glacial lake of Mummelsee. Spend two days immersed in the pine-scented air of Baiersbronn, engaging in guided forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku), panoramic ridge hikes, and organic herbal spa therapies.
